Olive Authentique insures all shipments. In the event an item is damaged prior to or during the shipping process, a full refund will be issued upon return of the damaged item.

At Olive Authentique we do our best to provide you with a superior natural product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund. Any return shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please indicate which item you would like to exchange. Price differences will be charged before new item is shipped.
