Delivery Policy:
Many of our products are handmade. If an item is readily in-stock it will ship within three business days of your order. If the item is not readily in stock it will ship within 10 business days of your order (with the exception of our soaps as they require 6 weeks to cure). Your understanding is greatly appreciated. For shipments within the U.S. Olive Authentique utilizes FedEx Ground® or Canada Post. Variations may apply if they are agreed on by all participating parties. For all other international shipments Olive Authentique ships via Canada Post. No prior restrictions are made to the destination country. Correlating shipment charges are in operation and will be charged to you during the purchasing process. Taxes and duties in your country may apply upon delivery.
